About your coach

Hi! I’m Shaminie Bala, a health and wellness coach specialising in weight loss, an entrepreneur and a part time TKS moderator. I consider myself a weight loss expert having tried and failed in numerous attempts at losing weight that is until TKS! I finally found my true calling when I embarked on my TKS journey. Not too long ago, I found myself at a crossroad in my life, gave up my teaching career and it has taken me 5 long years to find myself and transform into this vibrant, energetic and confident woman.

I’m a caring mother of 2 millennials, a loving wife of 31 years and a dedicated teacher with more than 30 years experience. I’m currently employed by Deborah Murtagh and work part time providing support, motivation and advice to members of The Ketogenic Switch programme. I’m extremely proud to be a full fledged ‘Deborah Murtagh’ certified MMT coach. I’m a firm believer in total body, mind and soul wellness through the Ketogenic Switch programme having shed an amazing 20 kgs and 100cm in 4 months!
